Terms of Service

1. General

silverfinance.org.ua (the “Service”) is a platform for posting buy/sell requests for precious metals. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Posting requests

Users post requests themselves and are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide.

It is prohibited to post false requests, duplicates, or content that violates the laws of Ukraine or the rights of third parties.

3. SMS verification

Phone-number SMS verification is used to confirm a request. Publishing a request is not possible without verification.

The number of verification attempts per day may be limited.

4. Transactions between users

The Service is not a party to transactions between users and only provides a platform for posting requests.

All arrangements and transactions are carried out by users themselves and at their own responsibility, in compliance with the laws of Ukraine.

5. Rights of the Service

The Service may moderate, edit, or remove requests that violate these Terms or the law, and may restrict access for users who break the rules.

The Service may change or suspend individual features.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Service is not responsible for the content of requests, the actions of users, or the outcome of transactions between them.

All disputes between users are resolved by them without the involvement of the Service.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
